15-Year Back and Knee Pain Eliminated with Posture Therapy – Real Case Study
This client came to me after more than 15 years of back and knee pain — a long, frustrating journey of discomfort, tightness, and limited movement.

Assessing His Posture
When I assessed his posture, the imbalances were clear: 1) his hips tilted forward 2) his spine was hunched, and 3) his head and shoulders had drifted out of alignment.
But instead of just chasing the pain, we zoomed out to look at the full picture.
Even though his symptoms were in the back and knees, I noticed clear misalignments in his hips, shoulders, and head position — all working against him.
Pain rarely shows up where the actual problem is. Misalignment in one part of the body often causes strain somewhere else.
That’s why I always treat the root cause, not just the symptoms. And it’s also why other treatments sometimes don’t work — or only offer temporary relief.
