Why I Made This Course

I know how tough it is to live with bad posture and pain. I went through it myself, and it was frustrating and lonely. After I got better, I wanted to help others do the same. For over 10 years, I’ve helped thousands of people live pain-free and feel good about themselves, but I know not everyone can visit my clinic in England.

That’s why I spent a year and a half creating this course. I wish I had something like this when I was struggling—it would have saved me so much time and worry.

What You’ll Learn:

1
Posture and Pain Basics

Find out what good posture really means and how to improve it. I’ll share tips to help you beat chronic pain based on my own journey, along with common pitfalls to avoid.

2
How to Check Your Posture

I’ll help you analyse your own posture to find the key issues. This first step is all about figuring out where you’re starting from. Once you know what to work on, you can make specific changes and keep track of your progress.

3
Exercises to Improve Your Posture

You’ll get four exercise programmes with clear video instructions. I’ll point out common mistakes to avoid, so you don’t get stuck in bad habits. You can also download everything for quick access.

4
How to Track Your Progress

I’ll teach you how to keep track of your improvements, both in how you feel and how you look. You’ll see real examples from my clients and get tips if you run into challenges.
