We’ll talk about your medical history, and what’s bothering you — whether it’s a nagging pain, something about how you look, or that worry that you’ll end up hunched and in pain when you’re older.

Full-Body Posture Assessment

Using the video camera on your phone, tablet or laptop, I’ll assess your posture from head to toe, and show you the issues causing your pain or affecting how you look. You’ll understand why other treatments haven’t worked, and exactly what we need to fix.

Your Exercise Plan

I’ll give you posture exercises tailored specifically to your body — not generic stretches. Each movement is chosen to address your specific posture issues. Done at home daily, no equipment needed. Designed to get you out of pain and look better.

After Your Appointment

You’ll leave with a clear plan: exercise illustrations, a 3-page posture report, and email/phone support when you need it.

We’ll also discuss follow-up sessions — most clients feel a shift after the first session, but lasting transformation takes around 10 sessions over 5-6 months to fully retrain your body and make the changes stick.

Follow-up Consultation (40 mins): £129

I don’t want cost to be a barrier. If you’re facing financial difficulties, I offer sliding scales and bartering (I’ve traded for paintings and home-cooked meals).
